Baby bears are quick to knit and fun to felt. Each bear will be an individual and since personality is developed during felting and finishing, it is suggested to wait until then to name them!

Yarn Requirements: Solid color bear: Approximately 200 yards of feltable worsted weight yarn. Pajama Bear: 130 yards for the pyjamas and 70 yards for the bear color. Hat: 60 yards.
1.5 to 2.5 ounces of stuffing.

Needles: Size 10 or 10.5 US (6 or 6.5 mm) straight needles. 16 inch circular and set of double pointed needles for the hat.

Gauge: Approximately 12 to 14 sts per 4 inches before felting.
